You have an option of generating a PDF file for printing with a CDR file or getting just a CDR file. The system needs to know your PDF settings to generate the PDF you need.

PDF pre-sets

Your PDF settings are likely to be process specific. It is easier to specify a few pre-sets and then re-use them with your templates.

Deleting or changing PDF pre-sets does not affect settings that are already in the templates.

 

Template PDF settings

You can copy PDF setting into a template from your PDF pre-sets and then modify them.

Changing PDF settings in a template does not affect your PDF pre-sets.
