Uploading a template usually takes 3 simple steps:
- Upload and test a template into Sample Stationary catalog;
- Create a public catalog, if not created yet;
- Copy the template to a public catalog when it’s ready for use.
Sample stationary catalog
This is the initial catalog you start with after registering an account as a designer. It contains a collection of sample web-to-print templates that you can test and download to help you understand how the system works.
The “Sample stationary” catalog is also your private playground and it’s not visible to anyone but you.
Upload a template
When you’re working on a template, you can upload it in the Sample Stationary catalog to test it. This way the template will not be visible to the public until you’re sure it is ready, at which point, you should copy it into any other catalog.

Copy template
Once a template has been tested in your private Sample Stationary catalog, go to the template summary page and copy it to a public catalog by choosing one from the drop down list and clicking Copy this template to.

The template is copied into your public catalog and available for users to try it and place orders on it.
